Hey Homelite Fans! If you’re wanting to get into some real professional logging, the only options that come to mind are Homelite, Stihl, Husqvarna and Poulan. Today, let’s go over a few off the specifications on this Homelite 20 inch professional chainsaw and see what the hype is all about! First, here are the Homelite chainsaw specs!

  • Increased Durability and Performance Powerful 46cc 2-cycle engine
  • Easy Adjustments with tool less chain tensioning
  • Comfortable Use: 3-point vibration isolation for operator comfort,
    less fatigue
  • Automatic chain oiler
  • Convenient Adjustment: Tool-less chain tensioning for easy adjustments and replacements.
  • Performance: 20 inch Pro 0.325 in. bar and chain
  • Added Safety: inertia activated chain brake stops chain
  • Deluxe carry case
  • 10 lb. power head
  • Two year warranty

First of all, when Homelite Chainsaws say that they’ve increased durability, they mean it. The engine is extremely powerful and it could very well be overkill for some of you out there that really aren’t going to be using your chainsaw all that often. For those of you that prefer Homelite Professional Chainsaws, you’re going to want to take a look at this bad boy and possibly pick this up.

The Toolless chain tensioning for Homelite has really passed the mark of all other companies for toolless chain tension adjustment. Homelite makes tightening your chainsaw chain tension easy work with the tool less chain tensioner, and makes something that used to take 10 minutes take seconds.

One of the real shining points of the Homelite Professional chainsaw is that you’ve got increased safety functions adding on to even the standard ones that homelite makes famous. You’ve got the Homelite inertia activated chain brake that will instantly stop the chain from running if it kicks back on you. That’s a hell of a deal.

Lastly, the Homelite Two Year Warranty on this saw makes it really worth the while. There aren’t that many Chainsaw manufacturers out there that will give you a warrantee on the saw, let alone a two year warrantee. This homelite chainsaw comes with it, and it guarantees that if they messed up, they’ll fix it. that’s all for today folks. Check out the links around the site for more chainsaw information!

Welcome back Chainsaw fans! today, I’m going to run through all of the sweet specifications and good things about the Homelite 46cc 18 inch Chain Saw, model number UT10519. There are many great things about this saw that i immediately noticed upon picking it up and testing it out. I’ll list the specs for this Homelite Chainsaw for you right here!

  • Fully Assembled 46cc, 18 in., 2-Cycle Gas Chain Saw
  • Tool-less Bar and Chain Tension For Quick Adjustments
  • Automatic Oiler Keeps Bar Lubricated
  • 3-Point Vibration Isolation Handle Reduces Fatigue
  • Safe-T-Tip™ Prevents Rotational Kickback
  • Inertia Activated Chain Brake
  • 2-Year Warranty

Ok, first of all what makes this a really convenient saw is that it comes fully assembled. Unlike some of the cheaper saws out there, you’re not gonna have to assemble it, making it a bit easier on you from the get go. Also, it helps to add that the saw is assembled quite well and you’re not going to have to tighten parts, etc. This is a solidly built machine.

The tool-less bar and chain tensioner is a GODSEND when you’re right in the middle of harvesting or logging and you have to stop to adjust your tension. This makes quick work of something that would normally take you anywhere from 5 to 10 minutes. This might not seem like a lot of time saved, but it adds up when you tightening the chain tension on a homelite chain saw.

The Anti-Vibration handle keeps you from getting fatigued early in the process and really adds to the comfort of the saw. This is something that I really couldn’t do without now that i’ve experienced it.

The Safe-T-Tip feature helps prevent chainsaw kickbank when operating this homelite chainsaw, which is great because there have been many people who have been severely injured by kickbank.  Don’t think it can happen to you? I didn’t either, but I have experienced kickback on many occassions.

Overall, the Homelite UT10519 18 inch Chain Saw is a solid buy and it’s something that you’re not going to regret.
